Orders
Once you complete your order you will receive an order confirmation email with the order number. In case your order cannot be processed we will contact you within 7 working days from the day you received the confirmation email. You will either be offered a similar product or your order will be canceled and you will be entitled to a full refund.
Prices
In the prices given on the pages of the e-shop, the VAT is included. We reserve the right to change the prices without any prior notification to the customers.
Payment methods
For shipments of products outside Greece “SilverBrand.gr” accepts payment by deposit to a bank account, or by using a credit, debit or prepaid card or via PayPal. Customers should pay before the shipment of their order and should also provide the relevant documentation about their payment. The final sum customers are charged apart from the price of the items ordered will also include any extra charges such as delivery costs. Whichever the payment method, it is possible for the customer to ask for a receipt or an invoice which will be sent with your order.
