This text addresses concisely the terms and conditions that bind the use of this website and the fulfillment of every transaction through this website. You are asked to read the terms carefully before you attempt to use the website or have a purchase of goods in it. The terms do not affect your legal rights as they are described by the existing legislation.

Τhe website SilverBrand.gr is an e-shop which offers a wide variety of timeless, valuable gifts created mainly with silver. 2. Aim of Terms and Conditions of Use

By using SilverBrand.gr you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and that you are fully aware of them as well as that all potential transactions that will occur with the company are subject to these terms only. If a member/ user does not agree with the terms should not proceed to any transactions.

3. User Liability

The use of this particular e-shop www.SilverBrand.gr  from any member/user is under his/her own responsibility strictly. By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use and by submitting an order you guarantee that you are over 18 years old. Members/users are bound to provide their personal details in the SilverBrand.gr fully, accurately and precisely and that they comply with the Greek legislation system. If the personal details provided are not accurate and precise your order may not be completed. 

4. Personal Details

The personal information provided to this website is subject to be processed according to the terms agreed in the section “Personal Details”. You are asked to read it carefully before using the website.

5. Reservation and Disclaimer

SilverBrand.gr makes reasonable efforts in order to present the items on the website as accurately as possible with the presentation of images accompanied by descriptions. However, as the final display depends on the user’s screen, there is likely to be slight differentiation from the actual image of the product. We reserve the right to correct possible mistakes or change or even update our page without prior notification.

6. About orders

Since you complete and confirm an order you will receive the number of your order with an email. In case your order cannot be processed we will contact you within 7 working days from the day you received the confirmation email. You will either be offered a similar product or your order will be canceled and you will be entitled to a full refund.

7. Prices

In the prices given in the pages of the e-shop, the VAT is included. We reserve the right to change the prices without any prior notification to the customers.

8. Payment methods

For shipments of products outside Greece “SilverBrand.gr” accepts payment with a deposit to our bank account, or by using a credit, debit or prepaid card or via PayPal. Customers should pay before the shipment of their order and should also provide the relevant documentation about their payment. The final sum customers are charged apart from the price of the items ordered will also include any extra charges such as delivery costs. In the prices given in the pages of the e-shop, the VAT is included. Whichever the payment method, it is possible for the customer to ask a receipt or an invoice that will be sent with your order.

In case you choose to pay with a deposit to our bank account you must mention your full name or code of order in the depository and contact us either with a telephone call at +30 ‎2109734641 or with an email at epay@SilverBrand.gr.

9. Delivery charges

For shipments outside Greece SilverBrand.gr cooperates U.P.S.  Courier. Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are paid by the latter when paying his/her order. Delivery charges for countries abroad depend on the weight and the volume of the package as well as the geographic area.

10. Payment safety

Your personal details (address, number of credit or debit card, number of bank account, etc.) are encoded with a 128/256bit SSL connection in an attempt to prevent this information to be read or infringed by unauthorized people. SilverBrand.gr does not have access to your bank data and it does not store details about your bank or your credit/ debit card.

11. Delivery of orders

The time of delivery for international shipments may vary depending on the country. All shipments that are sent in countries apart from Greece may be subject to regional customs of charges or customs of each country. These extra costs charge in any case the recipient. We need to highlight though that every country has different procedures and charges for incoming parcels. SilvrBrand.gr does not provide relevant information on customs policies or charges in these cases.

Please make sure that the address you insert is the correct one. You can monitor the status of your order any time you want by checking in the section “My account” and “My order”. 

12. Return and Compensation policies

You have the right to return the products you purchased without providing any explanations for the reason, within 15 days starting from the day you received your order. In this case, you will be charged with the cost of the shipment. The products can be returned only if they are in the same condition as received without having been unsealed or with their packaging been damaged or with the security card being removed. You must also return the receipt along with the proper documentation you received and the packaging as well. If these criteria are satisfied you will receive a refund within 30 days counting from the day we will receive the returned products. However, special designs created upon request cannot be returned.

In case of a return, you must contact us before you send the items back with an email at desk@SilverBrand.gr in which you must mention the code of order or by calling +30 ‎2109734641 Monday to Friday 10.00- 16.00. Items have to be sent to the company’s head office.

In order to avoid any inconveniences, you are advised to check carefully the condition of products the moment you receive them to see if the package is torn or the item(s) is/are damaged.

In case you return any products the refund you are entitled to, equals to the price of the items returned and does not include the costs of transfer, or bank charges.

12.1 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

You cannot have the right to withdraw from the commercial contract in any case, if the items ordered were constructed or customized upon request and for special orders. In addition, you cannot return orders with 4 or more items of the same code and you will not be entitled to a refund as well.

12.2 Returns of faulty products

Our e-shop pays great attention to the quality of products. All of the products available on our website are covered by a full guarantee granted by SilverBrand.gr. In the extremely rare case of faulty products, please return it without delay and remember to include the necessary documents (receipt or invoice). SilverBrand.gr will attempt to replace it or if the item is out of stock we will contact you to ask if we can replace it with something else. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund which will include the shipment costs.

13. Copyright

The whole content of the website including namely trademarks, logos, texts, designs, pictures, software, services provided and the total of agreements which concern them are the intellectual property of SilverBrand.gr and are protected by the Greek and International legislation.

14. Legal liability

SilverBrand.gr is neither responsible nor obliged to compensate for any loss or non-material damage caused by the failure to provide services or for loss which may arise from the possibility of executing a delivery or not. Customers are free to use the website www.SilverBrand.gr according to the laws and morality. The responsibility for the content of transactions belongs to the customer only. The use of the website is subject to Greek and International legislation and you agree to use it with no intention of violating these laws.

15. Miscellaneous

Cancellation of a term of the present agreement does not imply the cancellation of the rest of the terms.
